Sandy Stone is Associate Professor in the Department of Radio, Television and Film at the University of Texas at Austin. In the summers she teaches at the European Graduate School EGS in Switzerland. Sandy’s background ranges from the golden era of Bell Labs, recording with Jimi Hendrix, and her latest adventure as a founding theorist of transdisciplinary New Media Art.
